NATIVE AMERICAN LAW STUDENT ASSOCIATION

The Native American Law Student Association (NALSA) of NSU is a student association of Native American law students as well as non-Native law students interested in Federal Indian law and Native issues in general.

NALSA is an organization dedicated to promoting campus discourse of Federal Indian and Tribal law topics, supporting student and faculty inquiry into these areas of law, fostering a corps of well informed future Federal Indian and Tribal lawyers, diversifying the NSU community by integrating Indian law and policy throughout the law school curriculum, and recruiting Native students to NSU.

NALSA is also committed to strengthening the communicative link between NSU and the Native tribes of Florida to bring educational as well as professional opportunities to the student body.
