Instructions for Online Application

All information that is required must be provided by the applicant. Applicants will be notified by email regarding admission status. Applicants must complete the application.

1. Complete the online application below by clicking on the M.S. Health Law Application below.
   
2. Sign and submit the signature page. This will come up on your screen after the application is submitted.
   Contact your undergraduate institution and request an official transcript showing your undergraduate degree conferral to be mailed to the address below. The school must be regionally accredited. Transcripts from all colleges and Universities must be submitted for review. Foreign transcript will need to be evaluated and translated by an outside agency and meet the requirements of a four year degree in the United States. (Transcript evaluation is the applicants responsibility)
3. Submit two letters of recommendation on letterhead and the recommendation form
   completed by both applicant and evaluator. These forms can only be accessed from this site. We recommend that applicants print these forms before completing the application below. Letters of recommendation must be signed.


4. Submit the $50.00 non refundable application fee, payable by contacting NSU’s Bursar’s Office at (954) 262-5200.

It is the applicant's responsibility to verify that all of the required documents have been received. Students should contact the program office at 954-262-6161 or Onlineprograms@nsu.law.nova.edu, to verify receipt of the documents

All application material must be received by June 30, 2010 for the July 2010 start. Applications will not be reviewed by the admissions committee until all application material has been received. Application material is considered complete when the application, application fee, signature page, two letters of recommendation with completed letter of recommendation forms, and official transcripts from all colleges attended have been received.

Please note: The University will charge you a non-refundable $50 application fee each time you submit an application. When you are in the process of completing your application, review it carefully before submitting it. If you need to correct or supplement the answers you provided on your application, do not submit a new application. Doing so will result in an additional application fee charge. If there is anything additional you would like to have added to your file, please mail it to the address below.

When you apply, you will be asked to Login with a Pin Number. If this is your first time applying to any NSU program, you will need to create a new account (instructions are on the login page). If you have already created an account and have forgotten your Pin Number, please contact the Pin Help Desk at 1-800-541-6682 extension 4357.

The M.S. in Health law program is currently not open to attorneys, foreign attorneys, or law students in the US or any other country. The program does not prepare students to practice law or to sit for any bar examination.
