Access Policy

While the Law Library & Technology Center's primary purpose is to provide services and resources for use by the NSU Law faculty, students and staff, the Law Library & Technology Center is open to all as time and space permit. Highly trained reference librarians are available to provide reference assistance. Since the collection is primarily a research collection, many materials do not circulate but can be used within the Law Library & Technology Center. You must have an NSU Smart Card or an NSU Law Center Alumni Card to obtain borrowing privileges.
