During this four-week study abroad program, students will learn about the legal system in China and the changes likely to occur because of the international business sector. The globalization of law practice and business is among the most significant developments of the last decade. Already a major economic force, China's participation in leading financial organizations such as the World Trade Organization has its beginnings in the Chinese legal system and will ultimately affect that system.
