Jendayi D. Saada graduated from Wayne State University Law School in Detroit, MI in May 2000. During law school, Professor Saada clerked for a small plaintiff Civil Rights law firm, which dealt predominantly with employment discrimination cases. After graduating, Professor Saada began her own private practice, Saada, P.C., in Detroit. Her practice areas included misdemeanor criminal and general civil areas such as probate, personal injury, landlord-tenant, and contracts. Additionally, Professor Saada worked as the In-house attorney for a banquet hall facility, radio station and school facility handling immigration, employment, contract, real estate, and liquor licensing issues at the transactional, pre-trial, trial and/or appeal levels. Professor Saada moved to Florida and began teaching at Nova Southeastern University in July 2004. She is licensed in Michigan and Florida.
