Professor Brown began teaching full-time at the Law Center in 1976 and has been a tenured full professor since 1981. His primary areas of academic interest are: legislation (focusing on statutory interpretation), legal education, real estate law and contract law. His activities include serving as the faculty advisor to the Law Center's chapter of Toastmasters and to the Law Center’s Moot Court Society. He is a regular contributor to the Keeping Current-Property section in PROBATE & PROPERTY magazine. In addition, he occasionally serves as an arbitrator, legal consultant, expert witness or special master.
