Adjunct Professor Meyer is a staff attorney with the Capital Collateral Regional Counsel in Fort Lauderdale, Florida where he represents death-sentenced defendants in collateral challenges to their convictions and sentences in trial and appellate courts in state and federal jurisdictions. Prior to his capital practice, Adjunct Professor Meyer was a law clerk to the Honorable Robert T. Dawson in the United States District Court for the Western District of Arkansas.
