Judi Jarvis is the Vice President of Legal Affairs for the Vantage Hospitality Group, Inc. (www.vantagehospitality.com), the eleventh largest hotel company in the world. Founded in 1999, Vantage regularly appears on Inc. magazine's List of Fastest Growing Private Companies in the United States.

While in law school, Professor Jarvis was the editor-in-chief of the Inter-American Law Review and was elected to the Order of the Coif. After graduation, she clerked for Chief Judge Loren A. Smith of the United States Court of Federal Claims in Washington, D.C. Upon her return to Miami, she practiced corporate and securities law with Broad and Cassel and Stroock & Stroock & Lavan. Subsequently, she served as vice president and general counsel of TradeLink International, Inc., a telecommunications company, and then founded her own law firm, where she focused on gaming and hospitality law. She has been an adjunct professor at the Law Center since 2000.
