Elements of Legal Analysis

Overview

This course continues to build upon the first year's foundational development of several critical skills, including reading, thinking, analyzing, and writing, for application in law school, on the Bar Exam, and in the practice of law. Through various hands-on activities, including individual meetings, in-class workshops, and out-of-class optional practice questions and review, this course offers students the individual attention and practical lessons to improve their critical skills necessary to succeed in the future. Through effective preparation and practice, the goal of the semester is to help you achieve excellence and mastery of these critical skills.
